Employability and Entrepreneurship

From July 3rd to July 5th, 2017 in Corinth, Greece, the second workshop within the framework of HUB4GROWTH project has been organized at the School of Social Sciences, University of Peloponnese. The workshop has witnessed the attendance of 29 participants from 11 Universities of which the lecturers are from 2 European Universities: University of Peloponnese and London Metropolitan University.

The aims of the training workshop are:

  • To understand how the wider context (government policy, economic conditions, labor market trends, institutional factors) affects strategies on enterprise and employability
  • To understand the importance of tracking graduates paths for the development of an employability strategy
  • To understanding the importance of networks for the development of an employability strategy

To fulfill those aims, the workshop has focused the following objectives:

  • To present and discuss data on the employability strategies of partner Universities
  • To produce an implementation plan to complement the strategic plan for enterprise and employability
